More than 20 years ago, I was challenged to return to complete the college education I had begun immediately after high school graduation. It didn't take me long to accept that challenge and enroll in a local community college.  Education became my passion.

After earning my AA, I began studying Organizational Behavior at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.  My experience there intensified my passion for learning, especially in the subjects of listening and positive psychology. Professors at Rollins served as my mentors, helping me discover future pathways to take and suggesting ideas I'd never even dreamed about.

One road led to the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University. There I was accepted into the MPOD program - Master's of Positive Organization Development and Change. It was an honor to be part of this prestigious program that was home to the likes of Dr. David Cooperrider, co-creator of Appreciative Inquiry and Dr. Richard Boyatzis, renowned thought leader on the subject of Emotional Intelligence.

At the same time, I was serving full-time in ministry (Administration) at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Oviedo, FL. My post-graduation goal was to serve the church at large in the areas of visioning, ministry action planning, strategic planning, leadership development, positive organizational development, governance, and structure.

My Favorite Quote: "Be all that God has created you to be...nothing more, but nothing less."

I believe...

Tending to the God-given potential of our human capacity requires wisdom, insight, and knowledge. The wisdom of God's Word, always present but sometimes hidden, is brought to light and infiltrates the services I offer. Insight into the innermost recesses of ourselves and our organizations begins to emerge as a result of inquiry that uncovers life-giving origins and promotes spiritual health and vitality.

The practical knowledge that is shared through the eyes of hope, mindfulness and compassion will bless and revitalize all who listen. My prayer is that the lives of those I serve will be transformed and blessed as they experience growth in faith toward Him and in love toward one another.
